The Learning Environment
The ESEFA course content is packaged into different modules. The modular curriculum design is intended to help universities adapt courses and learning material to meet their teaching requirements.
The course content and structure has been designed to cater for classroom lecture, discussion and exercise sessions which allow for interaction between lecturers and students with follow-on workshop/tutorial sessions in a computer lab offering students a practical hands-on learning experience.
Students simulate execution of business processes on a SAP ERP system that has been specifically configured and customized to the Zambikes case study, thereby giving them a contextual understanding of the role of Enterprise Systems in supporting an organisation’s business processes.
